*boston university rd class of 2020 thread*

@ub1997 me I got in through EDII what do you think of it’s BU and it’s CS department. Easy to get in? or Is it decently hard`

@pallavijaniani I read in last year’s RD thread that people started getting acceptances around the 23rd

@c777123 I’m aware of that. I’m asking did BU announce 23rd in advance or was it without an announcement

No prior announcement.

Hi everyone! Admissions decisions will be coming out soon and I am a current freshman at BU so if anyone has any questions at all about student life or academics feel free to ask!

@“CAS 2020” how hard it is to get into depends on your stats. Although, BU is well reputed for CS, so it is by no means easy to get into for anyone. However, it isn’t in league with colleges like Berkeley or GTech so it’s not too hard either

Does anyone know when we hear back on scholarship decisions? For people who applied for Trustees, do we get notified via the portal with our admissions decisions or at a different time?

@Amrfootball Last year, it seems you were notified of decision/fin-aid/Kilachand/trustee or presidential all at the same time. Reading previous year’s threads, I think it is on the portal for you when you see your decision.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong :slight_smile:

@Amrfootball
You get notified on the portal the same time as your admissions decision

Looking at the past two year’s trend there’s a chance that we may hear the decisions on 19th or 20th( last year it was 21st- a saturday and before that 23rd a sunday) but that’s just a guess
