Difficult unless you have a hook(s) - legacy, URM, something very unique etc. They got a record 76k applications, with the business school especially more competitive and seems more than 50% of the incoming class already filled in by the ED 1 & 2 applicants.
How competitive is the School of Hospitality Administration (SHA) compared to the other schools?

Hi! I’m also a CFA/Vocal Performance RD applicant. I wish the decisions would come sooner! I believe the acceptance into the program goes along with admission so if you get in they should tell you.

@sarachorus good luck! Yes, they told us if CFA wants to admit artistically, they then pass it to admissions for academic review. It is a 50/50 decision.
Unlike CMU where it is 80/20 academic/artistic.

Huh I did and did get an email. When I checked the portal it had everything marked as received except the honors app, which wasn’t on the portal at all. It’s a little weird though because the email came from BU admissions, not the honors college.
Yeah I think the two are unrelated. Very weird how some people received an email and others did not. All of my information is updated in the portal.
You probably already did but did you check spam and everything? Or did you list your high school email address on your application (sometimes schools filter out any out-of-network organization emails)?

Yeah I checked, nothing in spam or junk. The email I have on file is my personal gmail.
