thanks, i hope to hear back soon i just wish they had a date set for release instead doing it so randomly.
It might be rolling because they’re also waiting on admitted freshmen to accept their offers to determine how big the transfer class can be.

I submitted mine, but I don’t think we get results until we submit our final transcripts. Someone correct me if I’m wrong!

Think you’re correct, credit evals come usually after we pay a deposit, send transcripts, and before fall registration
I think BU doesn’t take into consideration interest- in my case, I do not think I interacted with admissions once besides submitting my documents.

BU does consider demonstrated interest as “very important” I believe. A google search will show this, it’s also on their admissions volunteer site I think. It doesn’t hurt to email them some questions, register for virtual events, etc since you’ll need to use your BU ID to register, and it shows them you will enroll if admitted.
I know this is a fact for freshman entry applicants (ex: BU has a much higher acceptance rate for ED than RD) but I’m unsure the extent that it applies to transfer students as well. Can confirm that the date of application/materials submission doesn’t mean anything tho.

Just spoke with an AO - decisions are entirely rolling, and if you haven’t heard back it’s because they haven’t gotten to your file yet. So later decisions won’t be all rejections, it’s all random
that makes me feel so much better actually ive been in a crisis
But have there even been rejections yet? If it’s entirely rolling shouldn’t there have been rejection decisions released as well?
We don’t know. At least no one on this thread has said they’ve been rejected. But I’d assume so

does anyone know if BU sends out an acceptance package, also has anyone who has gotten their letter within the past two days received a financial aid update?
I think they send out a letter and a few stickers based on previous threads. Didn’t get my letter within the past few days but I did get my aid package 48hrs after the original acceptance email.
