Hello!

I've been accepted to UCSB, BU and St. Andrews.

I've been accepted to St. Andrews for International Relations and Psychology. However, I can't say I'm 100% sure that I want to keep International Relations. I've recently gotten interested in Psychology & Neuroscience. I'm worried that at St. Andrews I won't be able to change my major or do Pre-Med (I know, its a big change) because I don't think their system is as flexible and I wouldn't be able to fulfill the requirements.

BU and UCSB have pretty flexible programs.

Money or distance isn't an issue, and I am an EU citizen so a different culture & visa won't be a problem. I'm looking for a pretty diverse, international campus.

Which school do you guys think has a better reputation and would be the best choice!

Thanks! :)

Two things:

I’m just curious as to what your stats were that you sent into St. Andrew’s? (i really want to go there and i was just wondering how well i have to do or if i have a chance…)

To be honest with you, if you think you might want to go into neuroscience I wouldn’t go to St. Andrew’s. This is because it’s really hard to switch and also if you wanted to go to med school in the States you would most likely have to do an additional year in an American school to be qualified for an American med school.

But if you want to go into international relations definitely go to St. Andrew’s! Their program is one of the best in the world!

If you go to UCSB,you could still attend St. Andrews on a UC Study Abroad program. Best of both!

[University of California Education Abroad Program, Our Programs, United Kingdom, EAP in the UK? Brilliant!](http://www.eap.ucop.edu/our_programs/countries/united_kingdom/)

I’d choose BU. BU is more well-known, and many people think that it’s a good college (and it is a good college).

As for as diversity, go to BU.
