Friends, I study in Aiglon, Switzerland and got into Boston University as well as University of Toronto. I applied for Liberal Arts. I am a bit confused on which university to go for as both have there pros & cons. Personally I prefer Boston, USA as a city but University of Toronto is also very good. Please help me make up my mind. I have 3-4 days to act. Thanks a lot.
What subject(s) do you plan on focusing on, even if you are doing liberal arts? If you plan to work in the US at all, BU is definitely more well-known, but I don’t know if that’s a factor.
Which campus and program did you get at the University of Toronto? Have you visited? What are your plans after university?
I plan to work in the US for a few years after the doing under graduation and the come back to India for my own business. I applied for Business Management in UofT in Mississauga Campus and Scarborough Campus. While in BU I applied for Liberal Arts and got admission. I am open for both the courses but as of now what is important for me is to take a call on which University to go for. I want a good brand to enhance my CV in the coming years as getting a great job is not on a very high priority for me. Neither is the fee structure as my family can afford BU as well. Hence I am more concerned with the brand and quality of education I will get in which ever course I go for.
