Hi, can somebody here post up the BU 2010 transfer admission statistics based on the acceptance rate and number of students accepted & enrolled for this year. Thanks very much.

Please… someone

Hey.

I’ll show you how to do it, actually.

Open up Google.com

Search the following: Boston University Collegeboard

Click the first link, it should say “College Search - Boston University - BU - At a Glance”

Click on “Admissions”

Scroll down ALL the way to the bottom, and you’ll see this:

Transfer admission stats for fall term:

* Applied: 2,386
- Admitted: 753
- Enrolled: 247

To find the percentage, take 753 and multiply it by 100, then divide by 2,386. That’s your percent, it should be about 31%.

Hope that helped. :). You can do the same thing with other colleges as well.

He was just trying to help. No one knows these kind of statistics expect BU itself. They usually do publish this information, however it generally comes out during the Fall. If you must know, a phone call or email should do the trick.

Nobody help this guy please…

Okay, ty dbroncos.

Crownofthesea: Who asked you…?

Yeah, those steps weren’t supposed to be a form of humor. I was seriously trying to help because at least one of these threads pops up everyday and no one bothers to answer the question, or if they do, it isn’t thoroughly enough and the OP ends up not having learned anything. Didn’t mean to offend anyone.
