thanks

I would also like to know about this

me too--and I"m going the same week justie, must be popular-- i've heard the dog track (forgot the name) is fun.

i also plan on going on a boston duck tour -it takes you around the city by land and sea

i hear the duck tour is very fun and popular for tourists.

faneuil hall/quincy market- good shopping (indoor and outdoor) and a long food court. there are usually random people performing outside.
copley plaza and prudential- great shopping, with mainly high end stuff
newbury street- more shopping (haha). but there are all sorts of stores and it's fun to walk when it's nice outside
downtown crossing- more outside shopping
boston commons/garden- if you just want to wander around and relax. it's not all that clean but it's the city, so what can you expect?
harvard square- love this place. there are a lot of cute random shops
freedom trail
chinatown- chinese food
north end- italian food
the hatchshell (by the charles)- there are free concerts in the summer and on fridays at sunset, they show free movies

sorry my descriptions suck.. i'm kind of falling asleep but definitely try to check those places out. most of the places are within walking distance of each other but if not, the T runs practically everywhere.

Museum of Fine Arts, next door to Northeastern, would be great for a rainy or hot day.
