Both scores sent to college

So I took my first ACT in June and got a 28. I unfortunately at that time I was an idiot and took advantage of the 4 free colleges thing. This time, I didn't do that, and I got a 30, and so I just paid the fees to send the report.

Since the colleges I will apply to will see both scores anyway, should I put both the 28 and 30 on the application or just the 30?

The reason I want to put both is because my science subscore jumped from a 26 to 32 on the September test, but my math fell from a 32 to 29. So if I send them both, they'll see at least I got a 32 in math and science, just not in the same test (even though they don't superscore ACTs).

What do you think?

You are supposed to put both. Schools would consider only the best composit score anyway.

Even if they consider your best composite for admission purposes, it might still benefit you to put both. Some schools use them for placement purposes and other things. My last semester of high school, I got screwed out of some independent study credit, and as a result had less than the four years of English required by the college I was going to. I had no idea there was even a problem until I got my first college transcript, which said they'd waived the requirement based on my ACT English score.

Thanks for the help Mrs. Ferguson and flyboy!
