Bought these 3 from Amazon waiting to be shipped....

Barron's SAT 2400: Aiming for the Perfect Score (Barron's SAT 2400)
Gruber's Complete SAT Guide 2008
Maximum SAT: Second Edition

I bought these 3 along with the needed Official Study Guide.

I need all the help I can get so it's not like I need to get from 780 to 800. But in general, were these 3 books a good buy?

well the barron's 2400 was a good selection, i would have went with another barron's critical rding workbook instead of a grubers. but i think its fine, grubers math is very good i heard. i never used the maximum SAT.

But overall i think these will be fine :)

My D used and liked Maximum SAT, the first edition. It is one of the books recommended by Xiggi. Remember, only use practice tests from the Blue book. Good luck!

Good...so I made good decisions, lol.

Yeah, I heard that about the practice tests and I plan on doing the online course when I'm closer to taking the SAT's. I heard the practice test for the Gruber one is really close to the real SAT though.

a problem with the blue book is that it does not have explanations of the answers. so when u revise. u dont know what u did wrong so thats why i prefer PRs 11 Practice tests over the blue book.

The Testmaster's Solution book has explanations for the problems in the Blue book.

Yeah, but I plan on getting the Online Course later on and I know that has the answers for the BB.
