Is it possible that Bowdoin College gives full ride financial aid for an international student who is compelling? Like the EFC is 0 or less than 500 dollars?
It’s possible, but unlikely. Bowdoin is need aware for international students and highly competitive. If they accept you they do meet full need (as they calculate it).
What other schools have you applied to? Do you have any affordable acceptances in the US, in your home country or the EU/UK/Canada?

I wanna a college that accepts 32 ACT, gives full ride, and very good at research since i am very research oriented.
