boys vs girls

has anyone else noticed how many schools girls apply to versus how many guys apply to

in my school its like boys apply to 4 tops while girls have at least 6

is this true in other schools?

It's on a school by school basis...
I know plenty of schools where what you stated is the reverse.

Boys apply to 0 schools from my school (but that might just be because I go to an all-girls school...)

I don't know about that... but it's probably cause girls like to have more options.
Has anybody noticed that even like 5 years ago boys applied much more often then girls but now it's girls that apply. From personal experiences, I think that boys and girls are just getting dumber... sorry litle rant.

boys > girls

women>girls>whores>prostitutes>algae>rocks>scum under your shoe>tapeworms>AIDS virus>boys

:)

^nice totally agree

except I would say women=girls but that's just my opinion

haha nice princess.. I agree with everlane though too.

um..no you have it wrong there princessbell

I agree, thecalccobra. Haven't you studied zoology? Tapeworms are definitely more complex than rocks.

So boys are worth less than AIDS, eh, why don't we give you all girls AIDS and kill ourselves then, rotfl

In first grade we had to write an essay on why girls were better than boys (or vice versa, depending on student gender). I think the best response was

"Boys can't wear dresses, but girls can wear shorts"

I love how this has digressed to "girls rule, boys drool," or vice versa.

that being said, I do think girls like to have options and tend to be a little bit less relaxed than boys.

Woah. I was just about to make a point from my women's history class about the whole idea of media pressure on girls.

I'll stop now before this digresses any further.

Princessbell you are so wrong, because what are you going to do without boys???"
Nothin!

Yes, Carlos is right, girls without boys are nothing...what would they do without us? lol

boys and girls across the US (or the world, i can't remember) were asked to punctuate this sentence:

a woman without her man is nothing.

Boys punctuation: A woman, without her man, is nothing.

Girls punctuation: A woman, without her, man is nothing.

I found that once while surfing...

^I've seen that before.

But never in the context you mention.

I've only ever seen it used to show how grammar can be interpreted (in)correctly.

If you ladies are going to be this way, then I want my rib back. And while you're at it, my VIP pass to the Garden of Eden, too.

Lol ambidextrous. I don't think the girls' punctuation is even grammatically correct; shouldn't that first comma be a colon? Oh well.
