Brandeis or BU?

So, after narrowed down my choices, I got these two. Kinda biased on Brandeis but... still deciding. Convince me for one pls!

BU: COM
Brandeis: for women studies, but basically undecided
Intended major: Undecided. Interested in Film&television production (or theater), social sciences, slightly econ/business and biology.

My preference:
-Academic: liberal, small classes, good research or internship opps and professors' attention. I heard that students in Boston can take some courses in Harvard and MIT, is it real? Also, because my major is still undecided, I want to have freedom to choose whatever courses I like.
-Student body: I want to make great friends.
-Social scenes: I'm sorta socially akward, but I don't want to keep it in this way. Not a paty girl but I want to have proper relax at weekends. want to take some clubs.
-Campus: Need greens. Need good gym.
-Pressure: Just want to know which one is more competetive? Want some time for fun.
-Others: Have convenient transportations. Good food and dorms. Good job opps (especially in Film&Television).

My profile: Asian, female, live in big cities for entire life (but mostly in college towns). Kinda geek. love karaoke, musicals and writing. Want to cook for myself.

It’s sounds like Brandeis is a much better fit. But, if you can, visit both. They are very different and so the right fit will be obvious
