Found out about Brandeis via my teacher, a Brandeis alum.
Eligible for an $18,000 scholarship at the end of this prep. program, but otherwise no funds available. My parents sponsor my older sister's Med.schooling in Russia right now. She is a 1st year student.

Do I have a chance of being admitted? Do You think I could win the Wien scholarship? If not, maybe at least some kind of funding? And is it a good idea to apply as ED, but on Jan 1?

Well, your SAT is 25%ile at Brandeis, but your grades help compensate that. So you’re statistically mediocre, but your mastery of languages and country of origin make you a very interesting candidate. You do have a chance, and a good one at that.
