Brandeis University Synchronized Skating Team

For all interested ice skaters looking for a good college to skate at in the greater Boston area, Brandeis University is now fielding a synchronized skating team. We are trying to make it an intercollegiate team with some skaters from Simmons College, in addition to any skaters from Wellesley. If you are interested in skating for an excellent university, please feel free to contact me, or reply back to this post. I can give you more information if you are interested. Don’t pass up this opportunity!

Hi,
I applied Blue Ribbon to Brandeis, and have been skating about 15 years (on&off the past few, due to our local rink closing). Anyway, I'd love to hear more about skating opportunities at Brandeis!

hey collegeboundjen!

i am so excited to hear that another skater applied to brandeis! i am currently working with a girl from simmons to form an intercollegiate team with skaters from brandeis, simmons, olin college, and possibly wellesley. Brandeis currently has its own skating club, which offers ice sessions sunday nights to both beginners and advanced skaters. our main focus, however, will be getting a synchronized skating team going for next season. we will either be holding practices at the rink in nadick, or at northeastern-- but we havent decided. it all depends on where the majority of the skaters for the team are from. we currently have 7 skaters from brandeis (8 if you decide to join), 3 from simmons, and one from olin college. if you know any more skaters who are going to any of the smaller schools, please please please let them know that they are invited to contact me and get their schools involved in the intercollegiate synchro team!

if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me ... if you email me at mgluck@brandeis.edu, i can give you some more information if you have any other questions...

once again, i'm so excited that you're interested!!!!
