Oh man, send me a message if you want to know more. I got into all three schools. I picked Trin. My best friend went to Brandeis (transferred after one semester), and my sister graduated from Conn. I’d be happy to answer any specific questions you may have–congrats on having such a tough choice!

At Trinity, I was a science major but did Guided Studies. If you’re interested in being a history or English major, GS is a fantastic program. The party scene is much more…vibrant… at Trinity. They have frats/sororities, and Brandeis/Conn do not.

If you are hardcore premed, and want to base your decision on that, go to Brandeis. You’ll be in better shape to apply right after college. At Trinity, a ton of grads go onto med school, but most take a gap year or two. Trinity has the Health Fellows program, which is really awesome. Brandeis has a lot of good public policy classes.

Trinity has a really strong Econ program, and their history program has a good reputation, too. A lot of my fellow alums now work on wall st. The networking is very good if that’s what you’re into.

The social scene at Brandeis is (IMHO) a lot more low key. A lot of movie nights, a lot of theatre, that sort of thing. Judging by your user name, the pervasive Jewish culture is not something that would concern you (it didn’t bother me either–but some people just don’t know). Compared to Brandeis, Trinity is absolutely a “party school.” Compared to, say, Bama, it is not. :)

All three schools have pretty lame sports teams. I think Brandeis is the most sports-apathetic (the Judges!!!). Trinity has crew and squash going for it, but that doesn’t say much. Conn has a decent crew team and their sailing team is pretty competitive, but again…we’re not talking U Michigan.

Some small things:
One thing that bugged me about Brandeis dorms was that they all had keys. At Trinity, you get an access card (which you’ll lose), but you can also just punch in an access code. Much more convenient.

If you’ll have a car, Brandeis has better parking, and is a safer place to keep the car. You can also take the train into Boston very easily if that’s your sort of thing. Hartford is not Boston, but Brandeis is in Waltham–not Boston.

Conn has the arboretum, which is a really nice feature. Also apparently the locale for a lot of late night mischief.

Boston > Hartford > Waltham > New London. In my opinion.
