Which one do you think it’s better ( social life, diversity, Pre-med)? I don’t care much about the weather. But, as I know, they have the same ranking in U.S. News " America Best Colleges".

Any suggestions?

It depends on other factors as well, but I'll give you my opinion. There is probably more to do in Rochester than Waltham, but if you were at Brandeis you'd be able to visit Boston anyways. I think Rochester has a decent music scene, and you've got the frats/sororities if that appeals to you. The campus is probably a bit more attractive if you care about architectural aesthetics. You can probably look up diversity stats, and I'm not sure about pre-med....but I know that U of R would be strong for that.
