Is there a break between tests if you are taking multiple subject tests? Or must you remain seated the entire time?

Yeah we get a break I think.

Do you get a break during a subject test or do you sit the test for the whole hour?

It wouldn’t seem logical to have a break during a subject test since they’re only an hour long and there aren’t multiple sections. I just hope we get a break between tests for bathroom/eating.

I hope our break doesn’t last too long… I’m supposed to work at noon tomorrow, and I’m taking three tests. :(

The first break (between tests 1 and 2) is 5 min, the second one (between tests 2 and 3) is usually 1 min. (no leaving the room), unless you beg a proctor to let you sprint to the facilities.

^Well, we had two ten-minute breaks between the tests. But then again I had the WORST PROCTOR EVER. My proctor took over an hour reading the instructions over and over. We finished testing at one. I was so late to work it was ridiculous.

When we had break, the proctor never called us back in. She just started reading directions and there was only one person there, so the test was about to start as we were filling in information. She just seemed mean.

my proctor sucked today. she read two alerts. 40 mins and 15 mins. not even a 5 or 10, like seriously? i could have gotten at least 5 more questions if she gave us a warning

Haha my proctor’s alerts were completely random.

On the first test:

40 min: alert
20 min: alert
But no 10 min or 5 min alert??? Are you serious!?!?

Second test:

40 min: alert
5 min: alert

Not consistent at all!

Haha and it was pretty funny…these two “class clowns” were sitting in the back making noises during the entire test (luckily they left after the first test). One kept drawing circles with his pencil to where you could hear the graphite continuously smudging against the paper.

And then the stupid air conditioner broke down and started making all these noises, further proliferating the issue.

It’s also pretty stupid that they put the wall clock in the back of the room, because students had to keep turning around to look at it. That right there facilitates cheating…
