<p>Does anybody know when (exact dates) Thanksgiving and Winter breaks are and how long they last exactly?</p>

<p>Thanksgiving is 23-Sunday, 26th.</p>

<p>Winter is from whenever your finals are over until Jan 3 (first day of quarter), but really Jan 8th (first day of class). </p>

<p>no. ours are like 3 weeks. sd is like a month i think.</p>

<p>Well considering that all UCs don't operate exactly the same, it's hard to make generalizations. Remember that they don't all start school at the same time (like UCI starts mid-Sept, UCSD starts last week of Sept, UCLA effectively starts first week of October)...</p>
