Breakfast Before SAT?

Is popcorn chicken an ok breakfast to have before taking the SAT (tomorrow)?
I would have eggs, but for some reason I have to go to the bathroom a lot after having them, which would not be good.

You know yourself better than we do. Different things work for different people.

It’s fine. The main thing is to have some protein, doesn’t matter if it’s chicken or eggs or peanut butter. Definitely don’t do eggs if they have that effect!

Yamster, you’ve made my day. Anyone who eats popcorn chicken for breakfast is my hero. If I get an essay on heroism, that’s what I’m writing. No joke lol

Being a big breakfast eater and someone who never compromises on brekkie, i’ve discovered that eggs is the no.1 brain power food. It just works a charm for me, and it also reduces nerves. If only i had time for eggs every morning for school.

I guess you want protein and something that will keep you filled. After reading some posts and hearing from numerous people, eggs are the way to go, preferably hard boiled. Good luck, I’m about to have some eggs my self before I head out and get ready to take the test.
