breakfast lunch in apartments

<p>what do you guys eat/make for breakfast or lunch?</p>

<p>I'm trying to think of healthy ideas, this is my first time cooking for myself</p>

<p>Get some packets of flavored oatmeal; easy to make. One of my favorite snacks during the day is toast and pasta sauce. A jar of heated Prego and some wheat bread will take you far.</p>

<p>Easy Breakfast Ideas: toast, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, hot/cold cereal, eggs (if you’re up to “cooking” in the morning), muffins (store bought or baked), granola bars, etc… </p>

<p>Easy Lunch Ideas: your favorite kind of sandwich (i.e. turkey, ham, PB&J, etc.), your favorite kind of salad, leftovers from dinner, etc… You can also supplement all of these options with fruits/veggies for a more heathly lunch.</p>

<p>My friend just told me about his diet plan to lose weight.</p>

<p>Unflavored oatmeal made with skim or soy milk in the morning
Mid-morning snack: 20-25 almonds or a piece of fruit not bigger than your palm
For lunch, a sandwich with only 2 slices of turkey on wheat or something
For dinner, just greens & lean meat no carbs

<p>hahahah how healthy did you want? Idk if this works but he told me he got super cranky on it.</p>
