From the College Board website:

"This new score-reporting feature also gives colleges the ability to choose which scores are required for admission. Colleges and universities will communicate any changes to their admissions policies or application requirements to students."

and

"Students will be instructed to follow the different score-reporting requirements of each college to which they apply."

"Because of this concern [that the new policy will offer an advantage to the wealthy], some colleges may opt to require students to report all their scores from all administrations regardless of the College Boards policy, so students will need to scrutinize the test-taking and reporting policies of colleges closely."

Since the unis are still figuring out their response to this recent development, we don't know right now which schools may require that you submit all your scores for all tests taken. Which means that the incoming juniors don't know what to do right now. Register for as many tests as you can afford and don't worry about how you do on every single one, as many are planning to do? Then what if it turns out that a school you want to apply to requires all your scores and you have to submit 5 (or more!) sets of scores and look ridiculous, desperate, unable to score high without multiple testing, and even worse -- affluent?
