Who here is living at Brett Hall? and what floor? im 4th.

im 4th too! but a soph…this will be my second year there. just so you know the 4th floor = huge hipster/artsy population, but i love it!! haha

Yay for College Avenue housing! (I’m at Hardenbergh, though – just happy I actually got housing as opposed to a hotel room)

I thought Demarest Hall was the hipster/artsy dorm. Didn’t realize there was a second one, lol. But I have nothing but love for the artsy people – well, the friendly, non-condescending ones =

^^Agree 100% on the types of artsy people.

oh no way so im gonna be around ppl wearing like the peace sign necklaces and stuff?

personally I think demarest is the druggie/hippy dorm, while brett is more of the nerdy/hippy dorm. but this is just my experience from living in demarest and working at the front desk in brett a few times.

lol, about the “peace sign necklace”.

Not so much “necklaces”, but maybe skinny jeans, nbafan135 0_o

Maybe lack of shoes? Very liberal… Lots of weed?

I am assuming that the ‘type’ of people living in Brett was based on last year - I don’t think anyone can predict the ‘type’ for the upcoming year - aren’t the housing assignments random for freshman - now maybe uppper classmen can select specific rooms but 1) not sure of that and 2) who knows where they selected for the upcoming year.

haha damn mushroom id rather have the peace necklaces than jonas brothers lol.

and yeah gwirion is probably right cuz it is random.

hardenburgh is supposed to be the best dorm in the whole school…
