Brian Leiter Says FSU Law School Underrated

"Underrated is always more pleasant to comment on, so here are the schools that strike me as obviously underrated (and even allowing for the fact that I'm not exactly a neutral observer as to the first two): Chicago at #6, Texas at #18, Illinois at #25, Wisconsin at #31, Hastings at #36, Arizona State at #51, Case Western at #53, Florida State at #53..."

I hear that FSU's law school is just consistently rising in the rankings each year. Probably the main reason why I want to go there over Florida's school. I'd say that by the time I graduate undergrad, we'll be higher than UF in the rankings and yet still be on the rise.

The students at both are already very similar. You really would be OK at either place, but FSU law grads do appear to be hired faster.
