Bringing a bike to campus for the school year?

<p>I'm going to be living off-campus (about six-seven blocks away). Is it sensible to ride a bike to class? Is there a lot of bike theft?</p>

<p>if its only six to seven blocks away then no. i lived 11 blocks away and i walked. i just left my room about 15 minutes before class started.</p>

<p>Six or seven blocks is less than a mile. Definitely don’t get a bike. It’s a pain in the neck to store, most people on campus hate the bike delivery guys (I can’t tell you how many times I almost got hit by one of those idiots), and it really will be more of a hassle than it’s worth.</p>
