BroncoDirect incomplete application because of a missing transcript. Admissions office lag or?

I am hoping to transfer in from a cc as a CS major.
I am/have attended two community colleges, Irvine Valley and Saddleback, and used their online transcript sending service to send the transcripts to CPP on Jan 27th.
The transcript service reported that Irvine Valley sent the transcript on Jan 27th, while Saddleback didn’t complete it till Jan 30th.
BroncoDirect shows that I am still missing one of the transcripts as of right now, the Irvine Valley one to be specific. But the transcript service’s “tracking” status says it was completed. I’m getting worried that something got screwed up along the way that’ll screw me out of the chance for admission. Especially since the transcript request(Irvine Valley) that is showing as incomplete on BroncoDirect was “completed” by my community college’s transcript service earlier than the other community college but BroncoDirect has as submitted. Is it possible that the admissions office is just being slow and/or they messed up?

I profusely apologize if my explanation is difficult to understand and/or my grammar is off. It’s late, and I’m freaking out about this…

Im not sure, but I feel like they are probably just lagging a little. They haven’t received mine yet and I sent them on the 4th via 1 day shipping. my ups tracking says both were delivered to cal poly on feb 5th, but they still haven’t updated my to do list. when are your transcripts due?

My transcripts were due Feb 3rd, but the transcript service said the transcript orders were already complete.
CS is impacted at CPP, so I think they request transcripts early. What is your transcript due date?

Supposedly, the admissions office lags it with processing the transcripts. Can you call into their office tomorrow to see what happens? My transcripts are due on the 19th and I’m planning to hand in my transcripts in person to avoid the mailing hassle ~__~
