Existentialism on Prom Night - Straylight Run. Song of the day :).

Aww, I love Straylight Run. I persuaded my teacher to make ‘The Perfect Ending’ my 8th grade graduation song…of course, looking back, PROBABLY not the best choice, but whatever. ;)

20 days…

19 days 23 hours and 39 minutes to be exact

I’m going nuts. I had to call the admissions offices of every single one of my other choices, and it was a good hour and a half of pain. This is getting a bit pathetic. =

it’s so weird to think that we’ll know in 2 and a half weeks

@Dramacratic: Did you resist the urge to scream “Sucks that you ain’t Brown, yo” during those calls? If you did, you’re my new heroine (girl power splv ;)).

Obviously, Tetris. I just…ugh. Some of the offices weren’t even REMOTELY nice, which made me want to telephonically (my new word–live it, love it) punch them in the face and rub their non-Brown status in their virtual faces.

Like I said, it’s a problem.

why did you have to call the offices of all your college choices…!!!

I totally approve of “telephonically.” It’s almost as good as “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”

Song of the day: Wet Sand - Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Excellent choice in song. My song of the day is more showtune-y. =]

@Poorplayer: At the completion of my internship at a molecular pathogenesis lab, I wrote a 20 page research paper regarding my findings (new cure for MRSA) that will be entered in 4+ competitions. Anywho, I know some schools ask for just an abstract, whereas others want the full paper to forward to a professor. So, I wanted to find each school’s policy on that. Don’t worry…it wasn’t about rescinding my application or anything like that, haha. :P

Thank you. I’ll find an equally cool song to be tomorrow’s song of the day.

On an unrelated (tangentially related?) note…Dramacratic!!! Facebook beckons!

(Not right now because, err, I’m heading to bed. But it just generally beckons :p.)

Then you must send it to me, for I feel the need to add to my SAF library. +]

In response to your slight tangent, check yours. HAH!
With that, I win. :)

Song of the day (because it’s already Friday in India :p): Seven Nation Army - The White Stripes

(yeah, I like my rock music)

random fact of the day!!!

Men can read smaller print than women can; women can hear better.

hey guys, were we suppose to send in first quarter grades in senior year for ED?? They didn’t say anything about this on the website… did they? Or do we have to send them if they call the school and ask for it?

well, if we get accepted/deferred, we need to send midyear reports

@dramacratic
late response is late
but yes I can’t wait for the next season of true blood, toooo far away!

@tetrisfan I’m not at all feminist, AT ALL, and the creepiness of him in the books freaks me out

OK, I fail, again. I haven’t been home for a few days, but here’s a Brown-y video:

‘Status Quo’ (Dramacratic will appreciate this) as performed by the Musical Forum.
