Brown 2015 Hopefuls

I think that you’re thinking of Duke…and this is a Brown thread lol.

oops. yup i was thinking of duke. sorry

LMAOOOOOOOO!!! This made my day. :)

bump  :)

If I am rejected I will cry. And then walk to RI barefoot to show my dedication to Brown.

does anyone know whether Brown receives SAT scores electronically or by mail? I haven’t yet sent in my scores, and it takes 3-4 weeks for CB to send them in by regular mail. I’m worried :frowning: please help?

They receive them electronically

Two weeks from today, the decisions will be out. Wow.

@Polysophy, is there a link where you found this? Or did you talk to an admission officer?

How do I go about finding this out for all schools? I’m applying to a few Ivies, JHU and Stanford-do these schools accept score reports electronically as well?

Well, I know from sending my ACT that it’s electronic. They would use the same method for both. I would call each school; it should only take a second.

I believe that electronic reports are the only way that colleges accept your scores. I submitted both my ACT and SAT Reasoning online.

It’s the only way to “send them”, but some schools use methods of receiving them by snail mail. Vanderbilt is one school that uses snail mail for schools.

I see. Do you know if any Ivies use regular mail? Or JHU or Stanford? :D

^I think when you submit your SAT scores it says on CollegeBoard if they will be receiving them electronically or by mail. All the schools I’ve applied to thus far have received them electronically.

Oh, okay. Yeah, I called CB today and the lady wasn’t helpful at all.

Just submitted my app, and this thread needs a good bump.

best of luck silverturtle, hope to see you and other hopefuls next year :)

Submitted my app last night (well, early this morning)! Any current students who have experience with the Literary Arts concentration?

Submitted earlier today (alright, fine it was yesterday; it’s 2AM)!!

An idiot (and I really, really mean that) from my school got in ED. I can’t help but feel I now must get in…but that’s so not true…

And… app submitted (a couple of days ago). Phew. It feels… well, it feels complete. Good luck to everyone!
