Brown and SAT scores

Hi guys, I’m a high school senior, I’ll be graduating in a little under a month. I’m going to Indiana University’s school of business, and while I’m satisfied with their business program, I have been interested in Brown for a while, and I may transfer in after my first year.

But the issue is this. Brown requires two SAT subject tests. I have none at the current time, and I’m more than willing to take the required tests over the summer, but I can’t find any info on Brown’s deadline for SAT scores. What I’m saying is that it would suck to invest 50 dollars into taking subject tests that Brown won’t except because they were taken after I graduated high school.

Does anybody know how much longer I have to take the tests before they’re past consideration for Brown?

Why don’t you call admissions and ask them directly? They may have different requirements for transfer applicants than regular applicants. I can’t believe they would mind if the tests were taken after you graduated, but I would check with admissions.

If Indiana University didn’t require you take the the SAT II as apart of their application process, Brown won’t require you to either. Also, if you wanted to take the SAT II just because, I think you’d be fine to take it when ever as long as it’s before the application deadline.

Good thinking, I will try that. Thanks guys.

you have up until you send in your application to take tests partner
