Brown application guide

I’ve been working on my Early Decision application and I came across a little note in the guide that said that if I changed high school, I would need a school report form from the previous school as well.

Now, I have changed schools, but it was just a transition between middle school (grade 7 - 9) and high school (grade 10 - 12). Would I still need the form from my middle school counselor, or is my high school counselor’s form be enough? (School transcript shows all the courses I’ve taken since grade 9 and my marks.)

Thank you!

I believe that as long as your 9th grade courses and grades are on your transcript, you are fine. The best person to ask is your guidance counselor, since this is an issue your school has been dealing with for years, with hundreds of students.

^ I REALLY hope this is true…
And well… I wish I could ask my guidance counselor… I live in Canada, and my school in fact hasn’t been dealing with US applications for that long (sucks to be me, I guess?) :(

Anyway, thank you for your response!
