<p>^Agreed. There's not anything to make up for it. His CR score is way too low for someone with that UW GPA. So I'd actually have trouble believing in the credibility of his school.</p>

<p>Bring your score up at least a hundred points and your odds are a lot better. Brown is random like that, who knows.</p>

<p>oh gosh it's a miracle he got an 1130 with that grammar. Note: you blamed your low scores on not studying even though two of your classes were: SAT PREP math and SAT PREP english I hazard to guess what it would have been w/o those.</p>

<p>ok your transcript and ECs are definitely strong enough for Brown. Being a URM also helps your case significantly. Your standardized testing scores are threatening to undermine all of those achievements (for your GPA and class ranking, they seem significantly lower than usual), however. If in fact you can bring them up to the projected 2100 you mention, this won't be a problem. But as is, 1MX is right in saying that the 1130/1600 you have will make Brown a difficult shot for you.</p>

<p>oh and for the record I'm asian, so please don't think I'm trying to discourage you or anything...</p>
