Decision at 5:30
It’s probably to protect server, and honestly I think we will all get it at about the same time, they are maybe just hoping that by telling half the applicants 5:30 they will check later
Yea guys, if you look at last year’s thread the same thing happened. I don’t think any correlation was found between the time in the email and the decision. Mine says 5PM.
Last Name: S, Decision Timing: 5:30.
Would everyone who received the email please state, for the purposes of curiosity and nothing more:
- Whether they got a LL.
- Nation of Residence.
- Last Name, First Letter.

From what we know right now, this is most likely “a strategy to protect their server” - @collegebound1915 and “doesn’t seem to mean anything” - @miwo331.
Has anyone received any emails from Brown since they applied except for the interview email?
@miwo331 Thank you for the link! It was informative.
I think it’s nothing more than a strategy to protect the server. Let’s not give ourselves extra anxiety.

You know you’re among a bunch of over-achievers when we’re trying to analyze a computer-generated email about decision times.
seems like overseas is 5:30 , US is 5 ?? no?
B, 5PM east coast…
and since only at best 10% will be accepted anything that’s not 9:1 means time means nothing
I am in the U.S. and mine says 5:30. I live very far on the west coast, though, if that matters.
