Is there anyone here who got into Brown undergrad ED and so automatically got deferred for the PLME ? I’m not too sure how to check my admission decision
For the PLME defferal I mean
@BrownPlsThx yes, I still can (LL recipient)
@BrownPlsThx :E I’m stressing out!!! Only 27 hours…
@BrownPlsThx What a relief! If I don’t get in this year, I surely will next year. I have a great kale cake recipe! All joking aside, I genuinely like the idea of a student napping meadow.
Getting nervous for Ivy Day tomorrow. Deferred ED from Brown so expecting a rejection. I’ve been rejected at 4/6 top choices so far, so Brown and Dartmouth tomorrow aren’t looking that promising.
@asavenko Same here. Take deep breaths. Music always helps too.
@justsemantics Let’s get accepted to Brown, and turn the Main Green or Quiet Green into a napping meadow!
@BrownPlsThx Excellent plan! The quiet green is probably best. We can plant chamomile and lavender to facilitate snoozing, and maybe even raise a herd of snuggle bunnies!
I think Quiet Green would lend itself well to napping since it’s already quiet. We could schedule giant nap times where people are envouraged to bring pillows and blankets to it and just sleep…
@RightHand I am still able to upload supplementary materials, but that’s all I’m able to see. That option has never changed for me, though
@asiankid88 the review my application link is there for me! I was saying all the other things people had mentioned including the placement exam are not there for me
@asavenko @ThriveToSurvive were you guys deferred from ED?
I don’t have any of those extra options either, but we already established it doesn’t mean anything in terms of acceptance. 1 more day everyone, we can do this.
I’ll be in the beach sipping a mamey shake when I check my status (spring breaking in Florida thank god). Where will all y’all be?
I know it may not be indicative of acceptance but I’m trying to figure out why some have it and others don’t… otherwise it is hard for me to not take it as a bad sign just so worried and want to go there so badly!
ok so when i go to the course selection screen and click on biology courses and scroll to the bottom, there’s a section that reads “students like you also took…” and lists a couple other science courses. it doesn’t happen for any other subject (besides chem and archaeology) and all three of those subjects were ones that i said interested me on the common app. does anyone else have the same thing, but with subjects related to what they personally want to study? or is this another panicked over-analysis?
I tried that and it suggested nothing but African American studies, lol. My son’s black, but going for engineering or applied science. That cracked me up a little.
how do you do the UPS tracking thing?
