To those of you who didn’t, I am so sorry. I know what you’re feeling. Many people will say it happens for a reason, that you’ll end up where you should be once the dust settles, that this makes you a stronger, more determined person, etc; but right now, I like to think of it as a HUGE lottery and you didn’t have the winning ticket. Absolutely no reflection on you. Don’t even think it. Give yourself some time, then look forwards!
