Not sure if this helps but here are the decision release dates from 2019 to 2012. I couldn’t find anything before 2012.

I have no idea, sorry. I found all the dates from the “Brown accepted ### students ED…” articles on their website.
^when I looked at those articles most of them were released 6pm est at least for the past 2-3 years or so
I could be wrong. I thought it was 7pm ET, and 6pm CT? but I dc for sure. I think it will be next week with the other ivies as well.

I am pretty sure that is what that means. My guess is that since they weren’t strict with due dates this year that is why it is taking so long. If I had to guess it will be on the 17th with Harvard and Cornell.
