:) [Congrats to the new Brownies](Notes from Peabody: The UVA Application Process: These kids are good: Brown College Residents)!

Nice pic of the dog, Dean J. I wish I’d come by to meet him while I was still at UVa.

I haven’t been able to find the time to visit CC often these days, but I’m glad to see that cav 302 has resurfaced for a while
Gulp, yes, I need to visit Cav. dog now while I still have some time to do so.

Yea, I try to stop in every once in a while. You’re what, a third year, powderpuff?

yep, soon to be 3.5 year

Aw, thanks for the CavDog mentions. He’s been getting some Sunday afternoon runs on The Lawn lately. If it snows again, we’ll definitely take him up there to play. :)

I’m on the list but I’m not one of the top kids. Could someone give me an idea of how many people will realistically be taken?

if you’re willing to wait it out for a few months then you might be offered a position off of the waitlist. i have a friend who has lived here for 3 years who was in the middle of the waitlist, and my bathroommate first year was last on the waitlist. so it happens.
upperclassman housing is really particular to the year, some years we have 150 rooms open and some years we have 20. with all of the first years taking over upperclassmen housing going on, i can’t accurately predict how many people get in.
