If I only see your stats, then I’d be doing you a disservice. In fact, you can see that your numbers look good. But what is your essay about? How do teachers know you? Why would a GC think you’re s*it when your teachers think you’re awesome? What do you “offer” the schools, in terms of community? In short, what are you like (besides your numbers)?

Good shot at many of these. Add Princeton, they don’t look at freshman year grades.

I think you have a great shot at most of these schools… if your school consistently sends 10+ students to Ivies I’d think it’s in great shape (:

You look like a strong student and have great test scores. Maybe take the SAT one more time to try and reach 2350? You only have two problems. The karate EC could really set you apart and sounds really cool. Only problem is that even though top 5% is something to be proud of, tippy top schools really like to see students who are in the top 5-10. That might hurt you. However if what you say is true about your rigor, you should be fine. I see you getting into at least 1 Ivy. Hopefully others.

Totally agree with Virginia…great stats and interesting EC’s! I would say that you have a legitamite chance at many of the schools. Raise that SAT 2300+ to sweeten the deal!

Very very high chances.
If you write very good essays, then I think you’re in at Chicago considering you’re from the area and they seem to like that.
