All I have to say is wow. Your extra curriculars are amazing, grades are very solid, and the legacy doesn’t hurt. I’ve only known one person with better extracurriculars (founded a charity for orphans in India, named Cosmo Girl of the Year and one of People’s People Making Differences), and she ended up choosing Harvard over Yale. As much as anyone can be a sure thing at Brown, I’d say you are.

Wow, you have a solid list of awards and activities. Your ACT is a pretty good too, but slightly on the lower side I think. Anyway, I think you have a great chance of getting in!

@gensis: LOL that must be some mistake on my part. My art teacher hold told me national, so that’s why I listed it that way. Ohhhh shoooooooooot. Well I won’t change the Common App just for that. Hopefully they realize it as an innocent mistake. What do you think of my chances in general though?

@GM2009: Thanks for your input, and good luck!

@FlyCat: thanks for chancing back!

@pianodancer: Thanks for remembering ;)

@thsfan345: You’re flattering me lol. That’s really kind, and I hope that Brown sees that in my app :D

Sooo anybody think that my misreporting that my Scholastic Gold Key Art award was a national award, instead of a regional award, will hurt me? It honestly was an accident, as I was misinformed.

@SAT destroyer: Thanks! Best wishes to you as well I’m excitedly calm, yet I need to really revise my other supps. Exam studying is keeping me decently distracted.

So, were you accepted?
I was reading your stats and the whole time I had the expression on my face because these are argubably the best stats I’ve ever seen on C.C. in a long time.
Your extra currics are AMAZING and your academics are too! I’m super jelly. aka jealous :)

“National Forensics League Degree of Merit (11th Grade-National)”

LMAO. IS THIS A JOKE? Why would you even list that? That’s the lowest ranking possible for any member. It’s the entry level ranking… 25 points. A truly impressive ranking is Superior Distinction (750+ points) that actually requires work. Way to have a plum title at a school without serious competitors.

LOL NFL my rank is higher than that. Trust me, I didn’t report that on my app, guys. Thanks for your kind words tejasfemale the “mock resume” that I uploaded on this thread is not the one I sent to colleges. This was an old copy with some old info on it.

Plus, I didn’t doubt his (rude) statements that Merit is lowest of the NFL awards. He stated other false information that has since been deleted.
