Due to my remarkable stupidity, I submitted my essay yesterday half-asleep. Today, I spotted some (trivial, but still) grammatical mistakes. Would it look good if I sent them a corrected version of the essay now?

How significant are the mistakes? I submitted an essay to UW (safety) that featured a double negative in the first sentence, though I’m not too worried because I think the admissions officers will understand what I was trying to say.

Not significant at all. There won’t be a problem in understanding what I’m trying to say, however, I’m just afraid that it would be a sign of writing in haste. Anyway. I guess I’m just worrying too much.

I wouldn’t sweat it.
