Waitlisted… kind of surprised since I’ll need a lot of financial aid. I’m in DE.

Rejected. Saw that coming a mile away.

First time poster, long time reader.

I just got my acceptance for the fall 2010 semester! I’m so excited!

(I’m from San Francisco, CA, which means West Coasters have heard already!)

Wow–first fall acceptance! Congrats!

Thanks, lioninwinter! Congrats on your acceptance, too!

I’ve also been stalking the forums but never posted - I go to Middlebury but my parents at home in San Francisco got my acceptance for fall 2010 today.

I’m pretty stunned and thrilled; I’m now weighing Brown against Penn and Georgetown and it’s just absurd to me that I’m able to make this decision at all.

Good luck to everyone!

Rejected! Boo! Perhaps I’ll be at NYU next fall (if I can afford it). If not I’ll stay at my junior college another year and try for Berkeley, UCLA, and Brown again because it just seems so amazing. Congrats to all who made it, I’m sure you deserve the hell out of it.

accepted here too! i think the adcoms had their melonbread91 googles on

wow congrats.
did any acceptees apply for fin aid/

REJECTED but accepted into upenn which is shocking since i actually prefer brown…

any other internationals got their FedEx?..I really hope my FedEx isn’t a rejection…= =

Rejected. I guess U. Chicago is in the stars for me.

Hey guys, posting for my bf.

He was accepted for spring semester today. He’s torn as to whether or not he should go because he loves where he is right now (Cornell), but adores Brown. The acceptance letter gave him two weeks to respond, so he’s rushing to make a pro/con list and then visit when he gets home. Big decision for him!

Wow, congrats!! That’s so great! I hope you guys feel on top of the world right now. Good job!! :D

I got rejected. I saw it coming and actually wasn’t at all disappointed. I already submitted my enrollment deposit to USC! I can’t wait!

@Cheeky4409: they only gave us 2 weeks to respond? damn…i really hope the letter can come sooner…

@mouse, where are you living now? Do you want to call and get to know the decision? Take it easy. =D

I live in China now. so the admission office sent the decision letter to my address in China with FedEx, according to the AO…I believe it will still take a while…so…ugh…

@mouse: And you are studying in China now? A freshman or a sophomore? I live in Hangzhou. Let’s wait for the good news together. YOHO~~

@mouse - From what my boyfriend said, the package included a statement that said he had to make a decision within two weeks of receiving his decision. I agree that that is not sufficient time whatsoever. The bf is kinda having a heart attack over the short turn-around time.

Btw, his online portal switched to saying “Spring 2011” last week.

WHERE IS MY LETTER?? … I live in Quebec, Canada, which is RIGHT above Rode Island…

what is going on here :(
