bumppppppppppp

bumpppppp plz?

Chances:

Brown - High Reach
Johns Hopkins - Low Reach
UPenn - High Reach
Columbia - High Reach
Duke - Match/Low Reach

Top 4 Weakness in your application:

**- Lack of focus in extracurriculars

  • Low AP scores
  • Not sure what your major is going to be
  • Too much of a generalist
    **

All reaches except duke which is a match. Your ECs aren’t that focused. How many volunteer hours? If 300+ that’ll look really good and if over 1000 then that’ll make you stand out

Can you answer mine? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1530373-these-extracurriculars.html

As long as you’ve kept yourself busy you don’t mecessarily need job experience

I’m partially biased, but if Penn and Hopkins are reaches, Duke is a reach too. All of these are reaches.

From most selective to least (2013):
-Columbia
-Brown
-Duke
-Penn (worse if Wharton)
-Hopkins

And I wouldn’t take advice from someone who has 1998 in her name.

I think your extracurriculars are too all over the place. Colleges like to see more depth in 2 or 3 activities rather than a lot of random stuff. good luck! im sure you will do well wherever you go!
