<p>Without at least a 700 V 700 M you don't stand a chance at brown. My school hasn't had a single Brown admission from a student that didn't have dual 700s that wasn't a URM. Granted, miracles could happen, but it's a big reach.</p>

<p>Where's your community engagement/service? That's very big for Tufts. Also, you really need to raise your SAT Is and IIs. As far as how you look now, Tufts is a reach, especially if you apply RD.</p>

<p>19/211 isn't a great rank, and those test acores aren't that great either. Cornell/Brown will be pretty hard (unless you're applying to a specialty school in Cornell, in which case there's a whole bunch of other criteria).</p>
