<p>Has Brown said if how it will weight and consider the NEW SAT writing section in its decisions. Will it be equal to the CR and M. Have any other top schools gone on the record with this?</p>
<p>they will probably just count it as the writing SAT II</p>
<p>when i talked to an admissions rep, he said they won't really take it into account unless you do extremely well or extremely poorly</p>
<p>I've heard similar remarks from other college reps. Many colleges seem to be using this year to establish a benchmark for the future. I think that's why Brown is requiring the new SAT.</p>
