Brown + Others....

I've applied to 10 colleges...but Brown's my number one.
In approximate order of my favorites:
Brown
NYU/Columbia [[I'm not sure where I'd go if I even got accepted]]
UChicago
Georgetown
Emory
William & Mary
American
Earlham
IU
The last two are guarantees considering I'm an in-state resident but yeah...
Stats yay!

I am a Chinese female from Indiana. Woo corn.

UW - Around a 3.7
W - I don't know...
Catch being that I kept up a 3.8 for every semester except last semester. Where I got a C in my math class. Which dropped my GPA down to a 3.4 for last semester. [[How much will this kill me?]]

I've already taken 4 APs and will take four more in the spring.
- Calc AB - 5
- Calc BC - 4

So...I've recently been freaking out cuz of college and stuff.
My EC's decidedly suck and etc...Oh well. Chances? ^_^

Bump........Anyone? T_T

you have a very good chance at all of those except brown and columbia, and UChicago is a stretch. your gpa is low for those schools but your test scores more than make up for it and your ECs dont suck theyre very good for any university

chance me back at
<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/635725-chance-me-i-will-chance-back.html#post1061639482%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/635725-chance-me-i-will-chance-back.html#post1061639482</a></p>

So what would be my chance at Brown? T_T

If I were on the Brown admissions committee, I'd accept you. But be aware that the acceptance rate is 14%, which means that many gifted people like you are turned away.. good luck

Thanks!

I know and people are saying it'll be even lower, like 8% this year because they got like 25k apps. T_T

YAYYY BROWN (i got accepted through early decision)

hmmm....well whats ur class rank and wats ur major

but by looking at ur test scores....u have a decent chance of making brown. it is very hard to know for sure cause of the acceptance rate. but if ur major is something they don't have many applicants of...then u have a higher chance
