I have done research on the schools and I really like both. One of these schools I am going to apply ED for but I dont know which one cause I like both equally. I know that both are very different schools but is ED easier at one or the other? Also can anyone tell me about the atmosphere of Brown and its social scene and the kind of people there? Thanks!

You should absolutely visit a school before applying ED there. This will give you a much better sense of the student body, social scene, atmosphere, etc than posting on a message board where very few respondents will be actual Brown students (although there are some of us here who would be happy to answer your questions). There are lots of threads in the past few months on the social scene and student body here... feel free to browse those or ask more specific questions for a better response.

ILoveBrown FTW.

Princeton and Brown are way different. If possible, visit. I'm not saying one is better than the other. I'm just saying--if you really adore one of them enough to apply ED, you probably won't love the other to the same extent.

I too would recommend visiting the schools. In the fall of my senior year, I was ready to apply ED to Amherst. But upon realizing that I didn't know the feel of the school at all, I decided to just apply to Harvard for no reason at all other than that they had a non-binding EA policy. Come springtime, I toured the schools that I had applied to, including Amherst, Harvard, and Brown, and I knew I didn't want to be at Amherst. I saw Brown and was blown away, making my decision absolutely stress-free. Personally, I don't think anyone could not like Brown, but nonetheless, visit it first. You wouldn't commit 4 years of your life to a place you've never been to before, would you?

do most of borwn's premed students get accepted into medical school? what about princeton?

Brown constantly ranks as one of the top five colleges to send pre-meds to med school. I don't really care about Princeton.
