Hello! I’m a high school senior who applied to Brown ED for 2023, and I applied into the dual degree program between Brown and RISD. I’m concerned that if I somehow get into Brown that I won’t get into RISD, and I was wondering if anybody knew what that would mean? Would I just attend Brown, or does applying into the dual degree program and not getting into RISD compromise my place in Brown’s class of 2023? Any thoughts and comments with any clarification or insight will be helpful!
You can find the answer to that question on the website. Took me less than a minute!
I have the similar questions about Brown/RISD dual degree. The website doesn’t provide clear answers. Any related comments and information would be appreciated.

- Can a student apply Early Decision?
Applicants may choose to apply to either Brown or RISD under their respective Early Decision Programs, with the understanding that if they are admitted via Early Decision, they agree to matriculate regardless of the outcome of their applications to the other institution and the Dual Degree program.
