<p>I only wrote the dates for the tests, not the scores. Then I individually sent test scores. My school had made students send scores that way for years, and it’s worked.</p>
<p>Only fill out the scores you intend to send on the common app but check with your school to see if your transcript will include SAT scores. In the end they will use whatever is available and hopefully hold true to considering only your best scores.</p>
