I WANT TO GET INTO BROWN SO BAD OMG IT'S KILLING ME.

Thoughts on my chances?

Er, I've no idea what your chances are, I'm no adcom..^_^ I'd say it is very good sign that you were waitlisted. That will probably help a great deal, I surmise.

I'm reticent about posting my stats. Bare basics? I go to Holy Cross right now, it's a small liberal-arts college in New England. I am currently undeclared, and have a 3.93 GPA. Likewise, my GPA in HS was 3.9. My HS had no honor role, no class rank, nothing. If pressed, I'd say I was about 6th in a class of 79. There were also no AP classes available. I basically took two independently and got 4s. I did, however, take the most rigorous courseload available to me. I received 2 Awards, one in my junior year and one in my senior year (that's about as good as it gets at my school, unless you're math/science oriented). I delivered my school's Valedictory Speech, was president of the Senior Class, Newspaper Editor, Swim Team Co-Captain blah blah. Lots of leadership roles I guess. Also I'm damn silly.
College ECs: Club Water Polo, Newspaper Contributor, WCHC DJ, Tutor (Inner City), have lots of other crazy stuff planned...

I have no connection to the school [Brown] whatsoever so I am scah-r00d. Yay.

Your college GPA will really help you out. They say they focus most on your college career.

My college GPA is what is terrifying me :(

I know a friend of mine already has his application. The essays are the same as the regular app.

They suggest you write about your college experience and why you want to go to Brown. I'm gonna send in a revised versioin of my personal statement from last year though, as well

"They suggest you write about your college experience and why you want to go to Brown."

For all of Section 3? Like, focus on that even in your essay (number 6)?
And did someone in admissions tell you this?

is neurotic!

Your personal statement (aka essay) is supposed to be about your college experience thus far and your reasons for transferring to brown
