@Adalayde: you can definitely appeal financial aid offers. Send them your offers from similar schools (as in, similar tuition, etc) and discuss.
@whats9plus10 Agreed, after all our hard work.
Rejected-- not at all a surprise, of course. But now I’ve finally heard back from all of my colleges, so now it’s time to decide which to go to.
if u didnt get in dont worry God has a place for us all and be happy for just having the opportunity to experience this
I’m bummed. I got rejected at all of my reach schools. It’s not fair that after all of that hard work, it pretty much yielded no great results. Now I have to choose between Rutgers Honors, Penn State, Lehigh, Lafayette, and NYU.
@adalayde Congrats!! :-bd
@dhizzy im sorry u still have so many GREAT options
Me, on the other hand… just got rejected from 6/8 ivys. (didn’t apply to Cornell or UPenn)
Is anyone else completely blocked out from accessing the website? haha I’m kind of freaking out but I’m not sure how to get my computer to work, none of my browsers are working and I have cookies enabled
I haven’t been emailed yet - is that a problem? Are other people experiencing the same?
i never got a email idk if i was suppose to
@bruno14 That’s good. Do I just, like, send them a screenshot of my awards at other places?
I got in!!! No words!!! Dreams come true!
@dhizzy Saame… I know just how you feel. It’s just not fair. I’ve been flat-out rejected from all my reaches, except for one (UChicago) where I was waitlisted. All those sleepless nights were for nothing…
Denied. But that’s okay because getting accepted would definitely have complicated my life even more! Congrats to everyone who made it!
@Neurogirl07 @dhizzy I’m in the same boat. I still got into some good schools, but I applied to 5 reach schools in hopes that I would get into at least one–rejected from three and waitlisted from two.
Please tell me that this is pre-April fool’s prank for prospective Brunonians, damn
waitlisted
for the FIFTH time woo hoo
Rejected!
