I would like to transfer into brown as a sophomore next year because of their open curriculum and specifically their math-biology concentration.
I’m currently a freshman at Fordham and I really feel like the academic offerings here aren’t allowing me to study everything I would like to. I have a 4.0 right now (although I am only in my first semester) but had around a 3.8 in high school and was 12/185 in my class. I have a 2080 SAT with 800 in math, 620 in writing and 660 in reading, as well as a 35 ACT.
This year I’ve also started volunteering in ambulatory surgery at a local hospital, as well as having a part time job.
If anyone could give me some idea of whether or not I’d have a chance of getting in or has some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!!
I am also very passionate and driven with what I want to do so I hope my essays will reflect that…
