BROWN UNIVERSITY - Urgent Question

Has anyone who submitted just their SAT score and no SAT 2 scores ever gotten into Brown?? I feel like Brown is the perfect place for me but I have no SAT 2 scores to submit.

If you can’t satisfy their testing requirements they won’t admit you. It’s that simple.

Sorry to say it, @savambi , but @sherpa is right.

Do you live in a region where it is very difficult to take the SAT2 or ACT? If so, then contact Brown Admissions specifically and discuss your situation. They can make allowances if you live in an underserved country. If not, I suggest checking to see if Brown will accept the next ACT and then you should take it.

EDIT: I see you’re in India. I suggest you use the January sitting to take the SAT2 and/or ACT.

If it helps, I had a friend who got in without SAT 2 scores. However, when he enrolled, they made him take two subject tests in June.

Many many many years ago, I knew a student accepted provisionally without subject test scores, but she had to take them soon after the acceptance. She was a truly unusual case.

Agree with the suggestion to take the tests in January.
